This policy applies to packages and services booked with Good Day Travel. Airline, hotel, visa and other supplier rules also apply and may override parts of this policy.
Cancellation or change requests must be made to us in writing (WhatsApp or email). The date we receive your request determines any applicable charges.
Some costs are non-refundable once incurred, including visa service and government fees, issued airline tickets, and confirmed hotel deposits.
Umrah packages involve visa, airline and hotel commitments; refundable amounts depend on what has already been confirmed and paid to suppliers at the time of cancellation.
We’ll always try to accommodate date or itinerary changes; amendment fees and fare differences may apply.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, less any non-refundable amounts, within a reasonable period after supplier refunds are received.
For events beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, airline disruptions), we will pass on any recoverable amounts from suppliers but cannot guarantee full refunds.
In rare cases where we must cancel, we will offer an alternative or refund the recoverable amount paid.
